How it works
Four stages sit between a partner's offer and a public listing. Every one of them is recorded.
- 01
Submitted
A partner offer is entered into the staff console as a draft: partner, code, stated discount, terms and destination. Draft records are never visible on the public site.
- 02
Checked
A reviewer confirms the code and the stated terms exactly as the partner supplies them. Nothing is rewritten, embellished, or claimed on the partner's behalf.
- 03
Confirmed
The listing publishes with the verification date shown beside it. The date states when the record was checked — nothing about quality, safety or results.
- 04
Re-reviewed
If material details change, an offer expires, or a reader reports an issue, the listing returns to the review queue before it stays live.
Awaiting final approval. This wording is editable in the staff console and must be approved before public launch.
Placeholder copy awaiting client approval. The Code Vault lists creator-affiliated partner offers. We do not sell products, process payments, or fulfil orders. Every purchase happens on the partner's own website under their terms.
